Balinga garlic salt (180g)
The only thing better than our homegrown garlic is our homegrown garlic SALT! This salt is the king of kitchen umami flavour bombs and goes on EVERYTHING.
The salt is no ordinary salt, either - it is harvested from Lake Deborah, a certified organic, West Australian salt lake that has been in our family for three generations. It is an ancient lake that has accumulated salt from ocean air that has blown inland over thousands of years.
Once we have harvested our garlic, we dry and crush it into a fine powder and combine it with the Lake Deborah salt. The two best flavours on the planet - salt and garlic, perfectly mixed and ready to be flung on absolutely everything.
We use it as a finishing salt for salads, as a rub for meats, we sprinkle it over scrambled eggs and avocado toast. And it transforms roasted potatoes into otherworldly delights! If I sound obsessed with this stuff, it’s because I am. Get some while it’s hot!
